SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Delivery is FREE.
For International Shipping, please note that dispatch may take 1-2 days.
If your order incurs any customs or duties fees, you will be required to cover the costs. You can use the import duty calculator to see whether this applies to you.
If your country isn’t on the shipping list please email us at jl@jlaurabeads.com and we will arrange another form of shipping for you so that JL Aura Bead is available all around the world!
RETURN POLICY
Items can only be returned back to us for store credit, solemnly if they were not damaged by you, or if there was a proven error on the product incurred by JL AURA BEAD. Other than that, we will not accept any returns.
Your items will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unstained and in its original box.
Send your return within 10 days of receiving your item/s.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
If you post your return after the 10 days, we will not accept it back.
If you want to return the product please state your proofs in case needed, or reasons on an email delivered to jl@jlaurabeads.com.
