Ametrine (combination of Amethyst with Citrine) - Wood and Fire Element -紫黃晶

 

Origin: Brazil and Bolivia.

History: This stone´s mine became famous in the 17th century when a Spanish conquistador received it as a gift when he married a princess from the Ayoreos tribe by the name of Anahi from Bolivia. Ametrine was introduced to the rest of Europe when the conquistador presented the stone to the Spanish queen.

Attributes: Possesses the properties of both Amethyst and Citrine. It is fast and effective in action, and it is being used mostly for long standing illness. Ametrine connects the physical realm with higher consciousness. Clears stress and tension from the head, it calms the mind and brings greater focus to meditation. It is also a uniter of masculine and feminine energies.
